(905)973-9404
Email

My name is Aayush Das and currently, I volunteer with Cable 14 broadcasting the Hamilton Bulldogs games. I have been part of the broadcasting crew with the Bulldogs for 2 years, during which I have learned the audio board, graphics and replay system in addition to how live sports is broadcast. Having been a part of set up and strike for every live production has given me the hands on experience required to assemble and set up equipment such as tripods, lighting as well as running cable. However, I also have a passion for editing, and have achieved my AVID Certification. I'm experienced with Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects and can quickly pick up different software. Organizing and syncing audio and video files with multiple camera configurations, as well as colour correction and audio editing. I believe I have many skills when it comes to live broadcasting as well as deep and thorough understanding of how to tell a story from start to finish. Please feel free to contact me via my email Aayushdas93@gmail.com or cell 9059739404.

My interest in becoming a film actor started when I was eight years old. I didn't start pursuing acting until the end of my professional football career. I played twelve years in the Canadian Football League and during that time I knew where I was going after that. Stage acting at local Hamilton theatres later led to stunts in huge blockbuster movies. I will continue this acting thing until I can't do it anymore. Good luck to my fellow actors.

Josh Skerritt
Composer, Musician

Email

Two years after self-releasing his debut album Luxe Print, multi-instrumentalist and composer Josh Skerritt returns under his Miteh moniker on UK’s Pegdoll Records with the follow-up record, Kinema. Kinema finds the producer in a more introspective mood than his previous work, with instrumental tracks like “Bloodline” and “Elliot Lake” building tension and suspense for songs like “Heartbleed,” a surefire favourite with a constantly building climax and elegant lyrics. Based in Hamilton, Ontario, Miteh blends his performances on piano, guitar, bass and other instruments with creative studio production and unusual time signatures for a sound that is positively his own. Miteh has previously gained regular rotation on Canadian radio and had his work featured on the television programs Friday Night Tykes and Catfish the Show. “I’m a lifelong Hamiltonian and appreciate everything about living here – the good and the bad. I try to reflect feelings of darkness and light in my music and hope people can relate,” says Skerritt. “This city produces so much talent, and people across the country are starting to really recognize that.” Listen if you like: The xx, Max Richter, James Blake, Shlohmo, Mount Kimbie, Aphex Twin, Awolnation, Fever Ray.

Paul Lemieux
Actor, Producer, Screenwriter

My work is probably best described as awkward/found comedy. For over six years I was known as "Paul the Intern" on MTV LIVE where I essentially played a version of myself in live tapings of the daily comedy show. We also shot pieces daily where I would act accordingly based on what was happening in the news that day. On The Comedy Network, I hosted an interstitial where I would interview celebrities/newsmakers in a smarmy journalist persona. I've written for everything I have worked on, and have also produced segments for the shows. I have mainly worked in comedy, but am willing to step outside my comfort zone.

Ryan Furlong
Director, Producer, Screenwriter

fenianfurlong@gmail.com
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3642483/?ref_=fn_al_nm_1

Ryan Furlong was born in Hamilton, Canada’s steel city. His earliest narrative music videos for MUCH and short music films for broadcaster Bravo! earned him a shortlist nomination for TIFF’s prestigious “Best Canadian Shorts of 2007.”

Furlong’s credits include the brooding short DEAD FLOWERS or BREAK YOUR BODY DOWN (Kathleen Edwards, Tim Gibbons)--“… the tension mounts mercilessly … Suspenseful, taut and gorgeously shot.” – CBC; THE VAMPIRE (Bob Lanois, Nola Martin)--a short music film based on the song by Bob and Daniel Lanois (U2, Bob Dylan); and THE GIFT (Katrina Devine, Daryl Taylor)--an absurd dark comedy that “elicited a guilty laugh.” – The Hamilton Spectator. The latter two projects were nominated for “Best Canadian Short of 2007” at the Edmonton International Film Festival. His unique brand of music videos earned Furlong consecutive “Video of The Year” awards for directing I’M GONNA STAY THAT WAY (2011), CUCKOO’S NEST (2012), DECEMBER SKY (2013), and for producing ROW (2014).

Currently, Furlong is actively developing a slate of long form film, television and digital properties with a film adaptation of the true story THE DOUBLE LIFE OF BARUCH VEGA; FOR THE LOVE OF ROSE, his own original neo-noir screenplay; SYMPHONY FOR THE DEVIL a groundbreaking music series; THIS AMERICAN DREAM a one-hour episodic crime saga, and an unscripted series about history, culture and the human struggles of unique, eccentric and insightful residents from urban communities that have plummeted and are now on the rise.
